Hello Baby!

Well we both got promotions fairly quickly and were able to buy the materials to build actual walls.

Now we could focus on starting our family!  Our first attempt was very successful, I woke up the next morning tossing my cookies and knew instantly I was pregnant!  Jamaal was super excited and was hard at work raising his logic knowledge so we would be able to afford all the baby supplies we would need.  I went to work that evening and after my shift was over the boss informed me that i was going to be on maternity leave.  She told me noway did she want me falling in the kitchen and hurting myself or the baby, that they would do the best the could until after I had the baby.

I told Jamaal this upon arriving home and he heartily agreed, as I would still get maternity pay we would be just fine financially.  So I took it easy and just worked on my little garden and made sure we both read a pregnancy book at the library.  We didn’t want to  spend any money on books so that was the best place for us to read it.

One night while eating a salad my water broke, I screamed fro Jamaal, who luckly had just got home from visiting a co-worker.

We called a cab and rushed to the hospital.  Hours later they informed us we had a healthy baby boy.  We decided on Warren DeMorin. (Ya I know it rhymes with the last name just hush! It’s our baby!)  He was so beautiful, we were sent home a few hours later.

We had a Family and we were both so happy and fulfilled.
